Had a very awful experience. I have a very nonaggression 2yr old mini golden doodle. They hit the cage my dog was in and put him in a muzzle. They called and said he was being aggressive and that he could not return. My dog is always around children and has never had a problem before especially with grooming. I have taken him before and never had an issue. I would not recommend Pampered Pets.
Megan is amazing with all pets. Our 16 year old puppy who is no longer with us would have a monthly regular here and loved it. Megan is an devoted animal lover who goes out and beyond to help with strays and animals not doing so well, My pup always had the best hairstyle in the doggie park!
We had a great experience. I brought in my large lab mix after she had a run in with a skunk and I just couldn’t get her right myself and they were very helpful in a very unpleasant situation. My dog Angel looked and smelled beautiful when I got back and was much happier. I’m also terrified to trim nails myself and they have helped me more than once with my daughters dog also
I have brought my 12 year old ShiTzu here since he was a puppy. They do beautiful work and they love the dogs. The owner does a lot of work for the Humane Society. It's clean and bright and they can even accommodate huge dogs. Plus, I love the homemade collar covers and kerchiefs!
